All fees must be paid in full as per the invoice or agreement.

Late payments may incur service delays or penalties.

Clients are responsible for packaging goods safely for transport.

Ultra Logistics is not liable for indirect losses resulting from delayed deliveries or inaccurate information provided by the client.
